Has anyone tried this, or any tips on using less egg yolk in the oopsie bread recipe?
Results/advice/opinions before I make a mess of my kitchen would be appreciated!

Hmm intresting recipie,
The eggs sre pretty central to the bun, so you may have troubel.
You could try an egg replacer, or some xantham gum.
I've had a lot of luck with xantham, and beating it into peaks. I even managed to make meringes a few times.
You could also try just the egg whites.
I think just give it a go and see what happens.0 -

I am fine with the egg whites, I was wondering if anyone has tried it omitting the yolk part.0
