Hiking this morning

So today my friends and I took the morning away from Long Island and went to New Jersey to the Palisades. We went hiking. I logged hiking into my exercise to learn I burned over 600 calories. That's an amazing feeling honestly, though I jog and exercise 4-7 days a week, it was so out of the ordinary, so fun. Before I knew it by the time we got back we had hiked around 6 miles. Lots of hills, climbing and stairs and the views are amazing. It's such a good workout if anyone lives in an area like that. I feel like if i did that daily I would love it and be whipped right into the shape I want to be in.
