Help? Tuna Dip/Spread

Hi everyone. I'm new at this, only joined couple days ago. There was recipe flashed up down the side of the page while I was looking round the site initially, for a tuna dip/spread. Sounded real nice, and now I cant find it! Help, Please! I know it had cottage cheese, a little mayo, and some spices, but that's all I remember..... Have seen references to a recipe data base, but can't find my way there, either.........
