I got some boneless, skinless chicken tenders. I wanted to make barbeque chicken with them.. what is the best way to cook them do you think? (in the pan, bake, crockpot) I don't mind just cooking the tenders plain, then adding the sauce later. Obviously I have zero culinary skills :)

When I make some bbq chicken, I normally boil the breasts first then put them on a pan with bbq sauce on them and throw them under the broiler for a few minutes.
  • heres a simple recipe...
cook chicken by either grilling or broiling. Add bbq sauce last minute or so to glaze chicken. hope this is of some use to you. good luck!!

If you want shredded BBQ chicken, I would put the raw chicken in the crockpot. I would then poor in the BBQ sauce of choice and cook on high if I needed them soon, or on low if I had awhile before I wanted it. If you want the chicken breast whole, I would go with the grill the chicken, and the use the BBQ sauce as a glaze and broil for a few minutes. There are about 1000 different ways to do it, so just go for it!

I prefer baking them. I marinade them in the b-b-q sauce for an hour or so if there is time. Bake them at 350 degrees 15-20 min.
