Any tips/suggestions?
If you completed the routine, what are your thoughts/results?
If anyone is interested in beginning insanity, ADD ME<3 I need all of the motivation I can get.

I've never done Insanity but have done several Beachbody programs, including P90X right now, and the best advice I can give is do your best and forget the rest. I've been working out a long time and am pretty fit, but I even had to hit pause and couldn't keep up the first couple of weeks of P90X. Insanity is intense so use the pause button! And EAT ENOUGH or else you will end up overtraining and setting yourself up for injury!
Good luck!0 -
Thank you! Do your best, forget the rest. I loved P90x.0

You need to know going into it that you will not be able to keep up. Even the people in the video can't keep up. If you understand this going in, you won't hit that wall of disappointment when you collapse on the floor. I've done it twice through, and there are still parts that I can't keep up with. Just keep moving and substitute exercises when you can't do something. Better to keep moving than to do nothing at all, even if it's just jogging in place. Pause, take a break if you need to, and have plenty of water available. It's tough, but you'll feel SO accomplished when it's all done. Good luck!0

Thank you very much! I checked out some of the videos and did a few of the exercises just so that I am not going into the routine blind and oblivious, and I know that it has to be challenging. I did notice the people not keeping up, lol, but I think that is reassuring- it proves that the workout is a challenge, but it also lets me know that the people in the videos are human!0
