I am beyond frustrated. This site is telling me to burn 298 calories at the gym. I burn about 800-1000 calories a workout. I eat about 1300-1400 calories. How can I get my eating and working out situated to where I can lose weight. Ive been stuck for about two months. Ive changed my workouts, foods, increased protein intake and I am still stuck. IM SO CONFUSED I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO :(

HELP PLEASE :)

So if my math is right your net calories are like 500 a day? Way too few if that is the case. If you do not take in enough calories your body will slow your metabolism to conserve

if you would like assistance you're going to have to post in greater detail what you're doing and how much you're eating or open your diary for people to view. Preferably do both
