ON A PLATEAU! HELP!

I have been in this plateau for about 2 months. I burn about 800-1000 calories a workout. I try to eat about 1300-1400 calories. How can I get my eating and working out situated to where I can lose weight. Ive changed my workouts, foods, protein intake and I am still stuck. I AM SO CONFUSED I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO :(

I like to break a heavy sweat and burn but I cannot eat a lot of calories. Ive always been a light eater just the wrong things.

I workout at 5am mon-fri. for 60 mins. I am a nursing assistant and I never get a break and its hard to snack.

I really need help.. MOTIVATION is at a all time low...
