Hi All,

How do you handle your cravings? Craving for sugar especially!

    I wish I could help you! Mine isn't sugar. It's salt. I eat things like cucumbers with lemon and salt vs chips then. Hmmmm sugar.......sugar free gum? Water flavor packets? Hard candy? (like 2 only!)
  • Top tip is to give your self some spicy food instead. If you go for something like Lemon Chicken with Steamed Rice, its only 210 calories per serving. just watch the portion control. Its always better to go for proper food rather than sweets. Keep it up, after a while you wont have as much cravings :D
