    I couldn't help but recite a little ditty after reading your post title:

    Hello, my name is Joe.
    I work in a button company
    I've got a wife, a dog, and a family.
    One day, my boss came up to me to say,
    "Hey Joe, ya doin' anything today?"
    And I said, "no"
    So he said turn the button with your right hand . . . . .

    hey joe i just joined as well i have lost 27 lbs since sept 6 ...my doctor put me on to this program and i really dig it since tracking food lets one know what you are eating
