Hot Boots for wide calves!!!

There is no feeling worse than falling in love with a pair of boots and then...GROAN...not being able to zip them up!!
I have been scouring the internet for my perfect boots.
My criteria were:
Accommodating for calves AT LEAST 16.5"
Waterproof (for slushy winter weather)
simple and black ( I like to look professional and chic - even with boots on!)
Tall shaft: ideally 14" or higher (I wear skirts in the winter and need tall boots to keep me warm)
