Just wanted to introduce myself. This is my first week and I went down 2 lbs. I have a hard time not eating those bad things and I frequently visit Starbucks. Bad Bad Bad. I need to get 30 off or more if I can. I've been to the gym everyday this week. At least I'm away from those kiddos for an hour but I still eat bad foods at home. I need to figure out how to have kid food in the house and still be on a diet. Looking forward to see how next week goes.....

I love the name. Have you considered changing what your kids eat? I hope this doesn't come out rude, because it's not meant to, but I lean towards the idea that if it's not healthy for me then my daughter (Note: I have 1, not 4! ) shouldn't eat it either. I'm a huge snacker if it's in the house so we don't have anything in the house. A small package of gold fish and that's about it. Snacks are fruit/veggies and meals are what my husband and I eat. Just an idea to consider.
Best of luck, I know it's a hard thing to do with kids!
