Hi all,

I am Natasha, aged 33 and live in Notts, UK.

I am trying to lose a total of 101 lb to get me to a healthy weight for my height and to try and avoid the Diabetes that runs in my family.

Any motivational tips and encouragement you can give will be much appreciated.

    Water water water, I've found to be the key for me anyway. For the past 5weeks all I've drank is water and maybe a couple of mugs of hot choclate, that's it. However, I'm a bit of a freak as I've just cut out all the rubbish and it seems to work but you have to be odd to do it that drastic.

    The only advice I can give is that for starters you're half-way there as you've made the decision to do something about your weight but just to keep on trucking, it'll get to a stage where you're not noticing but it'll all be worth it. I dread getting on the scales.

    Keep the faith, also I talk quite a lot of rubbish so feel free to add lol.
