So I'm from Australia and summer is just around the corner. Spring days are becoming warmer and it's time to show off that body. Oh wait, there's that three layers of fat protecting my sexy abs! Time to remove it and become bikini ready. Four kilos in four weeks. Challenge accepted. Who's with me?

    I'll try.. although knowing my metabolism I will only lose half if any at all.
