This is Shab. Been using the fpal for couple of months now and am enjoying it (the only thing missing is net carb counter). My first diet was when I was 9! Thanks to my mom. I am always thankful for that !she made me become weight conscious . I lost 10 kg then and I never gained it back. Love the sport and since I just quit smoking (since 25 July) I am doing more exercise and trying different types of fat loss diets to see which one suits me. My Goal is to get to 12% of body fat eventually:)

Initially started with Tim Ferris diet. My housemate lost lots of fat (I don’t know the actual figure) and I decided to give it a shot. I lost couple of kilos with that but I reached the plateau. Now I am trying to work out the problem here! I have couple of assumptions. One is that the cheat day as Tim suggested is too much for my body. I gain around 2kg after crazy day of eating everything. The good thing is that I don’t feel like eating any kind of carb or junk food for the rest of the week. The downside is I don’t lose fat I only maintain my weight. So now I am trying this...Feast and Fast strategy. Intermittent Fasting the next day of the cheat day. See how it works! The other things is that maybe And I should cut down the number of the cheat days during the month or doing carb up instead of going crazy on cheat days. Or limit the eating to certain time of the day not the whole day. So So lots of experiments this month! Plus I am doing OCSOBER as well!
