Sick and sticking to it....

Today marks my 50th day on MFP, but for the past 4 days I have been struggling. Last week at work was our busiest week and of course, I slipped a little and went a few days over my calories. It was quickly followed by the onset of post nasal drip, coughing and feeling like my head weighed a million pounds. All I want is to curl up on the couch :/
Does anyone have advice on how to keep with this duing times of illness?

    I started MFP when I had the flu, I've had a cold since then as well, I ditch the workout and eat all my alloted calories so my body can fight its battles.

    Any suggestions on the soup? I feel so blah I don't want to make any myself and am afraid of the canned soups. Any that you know are good? I have a daily allowance of 1220 calories, so I definitely don't want to consume too many calories for a meal.
    I have halted any exercise at this point until I can at least breathe. I am asthmatic too, so the wheezing stops me from doing anything.
