Anyone try Hungry Girl Recipes?

I recently found out about "Hungry Girl" cookbooks and website.
Has anyone tried any of these yet?
I just recieved her 200 meals under 200 calories and they look pretty good.
Will try it out, just wonder if anyone has any favorites.

I love her recipes...... I have tried a few, I was eating lots of tofu shirataki noodles as well. I have her first cookbook and want to get her 200 under 200 as well. I think I may try the onion blossom made with fiber one today.

I absolutely loved the hungry girl chicken cordon bleu. Even the fiance liked it too, and he is not a fan of anything low calorie (or anything that mentions diet, low cal, low fat, etc.) :laugh: He's even been bugging me to make it again!

The roast beef Arby's knock off was great. She uses Fiber One cereal for most of her "fake fried" foods. The one I tried was an absolute disaster. Threw the whole thing out. Still tasted too much like cereal.
