My kiddos and I whipped up a batch of tasty and healthy popsicles that I wanted to share (perfect post-workout snack!):
blend together
- 1 cup fat free plain yogurt (organic is best to avoid additives!)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons agave nectar
then gently pulse in 1 heaping cup chopped fresh mango or other tropical fruit or berries (fresh or frozen!) and pour into popsicle molds to freeze overnight.
Nutrition per popsicle:
cals 58 carbs 10g fats 0g protein 5g sodium 23mg fibre 0.5g
Enjoy!

Rhiannon! How great to see you! Are you still posting on the Sixers? I'm back again after a hiatus, so I'll probably try to join them on the next round.
