1 Pound / Week

Hello all,

I am struggling to keep my goals lately, and was wondering if anyone would like to re-commit with me. What works best for me is to aim for losing one pound a week and no more. I'd like to focus on each week, one at a time. This would mean a calorie deficit of 3500 over seven days. I need to lose 5 pounds to feel healthy, but will shoot for 10 to feel fit. If anyone would like to join me, feel free to write.
