Taking the plunge

Hi 
My name is Missy and I love food.
This has made me obese. I am currently tipping the scales at 111.1. Back in 2004 in weighed 60kg. Then I had my first son, and now 4 little ones later I am very overweight and ready to stop making excuses.
I now have a treadmill in my living area and have started the c25k program. I'm feeling really motivated to do this!!
I've found already today that I haven't been eating like normal because I know I have to log it.mso instead of milo flakes for breakfast, I had poached eggs. And instead of grabbing a cupcake for a snack, I grabbed some lettuce. It's interesting.
Any way, off for a quick walk on the treadmill while I watch something on TV and scour the forums

Hi!
I agree; the fact that we have to log anything we eat (without lying of course) helps a lot to avoid unhealthy food (yesterday evening, I resisted the sneaky Call of CheeseBurger though I usually ate one after work (working on Sundays evenings is really depressing) ^^)
