Just thought I would add a different prospective to the subject, what do you like to see at the gym?
I for one love to see people who have overcome their fears and starting from scratch, the look of determination is motivating as I was at the same point not to long in the past
I love seeing a certain 2 women who train at my gym, they are very attractive but thats not why I like seeing them, one is an ex fitness instructor, she is super hardcore and I have so much time for her, no nonsense, no showing off just pure athletism and the other is a body builder who competes (although she looks more like a swimwear model) she doesnt show off but you can just see how much devotion has gone into chizzling her body to perfection, I look at these 2 gals with an awe of inspiration not attraction.
I also like seeing some of the bigger guys (Who tend to get a bad rep in most gyms) be helpful to a newbie who maybe struggling, not in a patronising way, but in a way that benefits the person they help, Its a good atmosphere to be in
I love seeing mutual respect.
and lastly, I love the staff at my gym, I know they have to be nice, but the people whom work at my gym are genuinly nice people,
I just thought I would add some possitivity into the gym culture as there is always subjects about pet peeves and so on (I have answered on these im not critisizing) .. . ps.. .I know my grammer isnt great, I honestly dont care, bigger things in life to worry about
(ps...ps...dont worry about anything in life, life is to short)
