I am finding it very hard to stay under my dietary fiber, sugar and protein amounts.
Is this slowing down my weight loss?

Fiber and protein are good, MFP sets the protein level quite low, anyways. I think MFP sets the fiber at the lowest reccomended as well - I thought it was around 30grams but mine was auto set at 21. A lot of people will also reccomend you don't track sugar as eating fruit will usually push you over and fruit is good and should not be avoided.
You can manually change any of your numbers by going to My Home>Goals>Change Goals>Custom0 -
Thanks! That's what I was hoping to hear! ;-)0
