Just plain tired of food

So, the problem I'm facing is that I'm just plain tired of making the same things over and over again each month. There's no real change in what I'm doing, and it's frustrating. I've also got a household to run, shopping to do, a sick grandmother to take care of, and several hours a day are spent with the people that come in and out to help her. SO I'm stressed, and about at my wits end, because I'm NORMALLY a very organized and well thought out person that lives by lists, and needs to say these leave me wondering which way is up, all while trying to plan a weeks worth of healthy meals! So please give me some help with what some of your favorite recipes are! Thanks in advance
