Newbie

Hi, I have had this app for some time now, but am finally going to get serious about using it. I have recently lost 8 pounds by following the Wheat Belly diet. However, I seem to have stopped now. So I know I need to get back to tracking everything I eat, even if I am eliminating Wheat.

I am looking for this site to give me motivation, get me moving and to make some weight loss friends, so we can encourage each other. There is nothing harder than losing weight, so all the support we can get is good.
