Last year I went from 145 down to 130 in a period of 2 months. This is what i did. I pretty much ate what ever I craved ( i still stayed away from junk food). I didnt do much exercise...just walking. The moment I felt full from eating, i just stopped (way easier said then done). Iv gained the weight back because of stress, but Im deff. going to get back on track with this plan. It really does work! And I found that it made me in a better mood because I wasnt deprived. I found a youtube video that if you have a couple of minutes, take a look!:flowerforyou:
