Advice on increasing calories? Help!

I only have 10lbs to lose. I'm on 1200 cals/day, and exercise every day burning between 200-400 cals. I usually eat maybe half my exercise calories back. I'm stalled out on the scale...I feel like I should be at my goal weight by now, since I rarely go over my cals and exercise pretty much every day.
I know there are a million posts like this every day, but does anyone have any advice for me? I eat a ton of food for my 1200-1400 cals. So confused.
I just started the 30 day shred, and run every other day.

I recently added in weight lifting and have lost over 4 lbs in two weeks. Add in some weight lifting and definitely eat back those exercise calories! That's what's worked for me0
