Need Weightlifting Advice and Guidance.

Hello. I am hoping to find some advice and guidance on attending the gym on a daily basis. I would like to find some new friends for inspiration and support.

I have been using Fitness Pal for about 6 months and have lost approximately 30 pounds.

I would like to continue my weightloss but include weight lifting. It would be nice to re-develop musculature again at my age (46).
