New Month, New Day, New Beginning!

I am looking for people who are going to help motivate me and not just be a fly on the wall! I didn't do too bad last month but today is a new day and a new month! My goals are to do cardio at least 4 days a week and eating nothing but clean foods! I am mainly trying to tone up and get rid of the muffin top! If you would like to help me stay motivated, I will do the same for you!!
