Greetings all ,
I'm looking into Qigong DVDs for home workout. I plan on starting an old kick boxing workout in the mornings, but I want to mix things up so I don't get bored :ohwell: . I've read up on a few from Amazon but the reviews all say the same thing so i was wondering what you all use and what you think of it. I can only afford one DVD so I want to make it a good choice. I've never done Qigong so I want one that's good for beginners but allows some room for growth before moving into the next stage. I've sat for too long and it's time I get up and get going!
Since it's getting cooler out, I can walk between shifts at work
Thanks for your input
