I know that scales are horribly inaccurate when it comes to measuring body fat, but I'm excited anyway--this morning, my scale says that in the month of September I lost 1.9 lbs. of fat! And only lost .9 lbs., so I'm thinking that means I also gained a pound of muscle. Please don't burst my bubble too hard! I changed my weights workout to more free weights from machines at the beginning of the month, so was trying to do exactly that.
