Last September my husband and I took a trip to the Florida Keys for our 9th anniversary. At that time I had been on MFP for about a month and had lost 5 pounds.
This year it was a cruise to the Bahamas. I decided to bring along my old shorts for a little "before and after" shot. What a difference a year makes!
