Hello All!! My first Post after a week of logging in!

Hello everyone!

I have a goal to achieve and I have gotten past my first week so far! I can use some support and would like to support others along the way! If anyone has a great recipe or technic to share... Please feel free! I started thinking I weighed one thing and then after getting on the scale found I weighed another. Well I'm on the right path to make it!
My goals: Become a fitness instructor by passing my certification test on Feb 13th
My goal weight: 150
My vacation to Dominic Republic: April 17-24

I'm taking it one day at a time!! :o)
