Hello everybody!
I've been wanting to lose weight for a while now but things that seem to keep coming up that distract me from it! Well this time I'm doing it for real!
I'm 21 and I'm a senior in college. My fiance is in the Army and just left on a deployment for a year. I'm hoping that his being gone will allow me to stock the apartment full of healthy snacks and focus on making tasty, healthy meals for myself. And with a whole year of doing that, I'm sure I'll be able to continue on after he comes home!
I've never been an ideal weight for my height, but after I got into college my weight has just been going up and up. I want to get this in control before it goes on too long. I think I'm at a good point in my life where I can create healthy habits for myself.
This community seems incredibly supportive and I look forward to getting to know you!
