New and need help please?!

Hi everyone! I just started my goal of losing 30+ pounds today and want to give myfitness pal a try. I have many reasons to shed the extra pounds, the most important being my health. I'm 34 and have been feeling so tired, non energetic and well just terrible about my weight. Enough is enough! I've been looking through the site today and am having alot of trouble with just getting my food logged in and how this works. Is there a place that walks me through it step by step. I'm probably looking over something completely obvious. Thanks!!:embarassed:

  • I have been doing fitnes pal for a few weeks now and cutting down on sweet things since June and have lost 1stone and I didn't think I look any diferent till I saw a vidio of myself playing with my Grandkids and my hubby said who is that fat women and you know what I saw it myself my shape has change since going to the gym and aquarobics so no matter what the scails say I know I am doing something wright.
