Just kidding! I’ve always been in decent shape, however after going from an active contracting job to teaching8 years ago, I have slowly declined. I was typically around 185 pounds at 6’5, worked out etc. At age 42, I have decided to get back in shape. At 236 pounds starting out and around 30% body fat, I know I have my work cut out for me.
I have been exercising 4 days a week for the last five weeks and watching what i eat. I quit drinking soda (which is pretty much all I drank). I also quit smoking 5 months ago.
So Far, I am down to 224 pounds and feeling a lot better.
I am doing 15 minute High Intensity resistance training three days a week, and 15 minute HIIT one day a week. It took me a few weeks to work uo to being able to do this.
