SIATIC NERVE? pre osteo for women?

*I Have several female friends that are experiencing severe siatic nerve pain at this time.. i havent experienced it myself but have heard the pain can ber excruitiating.... was wondering if it could ber related to pre osteoperosis for women. as i havent heard of too many men that have experienced it.... so men... do you???? anything us women can do to possibly prevent this problem of siatic nerve pain.....?
