I am new to MFP. I joined Slim 4 Life on 9/13 and am down 21 pounds :happy:

Just curious if there are any others on S4L out there.

    i just joined Slim 4 life this week. Start on plan tomorrow, just finishing up prep.

    Are you still on the plan? I am in the mid of Prep (nightmare eating all this BEEF!) and looking for someone that might be interested in sharing S4L recipes, etc.
