I went there and I enjoyed it. It feels good to go over stuff that you already know, but you have let it slip waaayyy back to the back burner. I enjoyed answering the question and the survey. Little things really help. It has changed me from being satisfied that my weight is "stable" as they put it, I need to crack it up and lose this 10 - 15. I'll make it 15, I'm being lazy by saying I'll maintain at 10.0
