Hi everyone, I am about to restart insanity again as my last round got interrupted with the birth of my 2nd child on the 17th September,, a wonderful wee girl to join my 3 year old son.
Currently helping out with night feeds/nappy changes as much as possible as my wife is recovering after having a C-section.
She is doing amazingly well though considering its only been 2 weeks.

I did the insanity fit test yesterday and doing no exercise and eating crap for a few weeks has taken a heavy toll, but I found my old results from the first ever round of insanity and it was there in black and white how effective and rewarding this programme can be.

Can't help feeling inspired to get back into this and get myself back into shape.

    And, kudos to you for helping your wife while she recovers. It was a huge blessing having my hubby help after my 2nd c-section!!!

    Congrats on the new little one! WTG in helping your wife and kudos on getting healthy for your family. My husband and I got to day three and had to stop. He fell off some equipment and almost broke his leg. Feeling much better now so we're going to try again next week.
