Yesterday was my rest day. I had so many great things planned for today then I started to feel kind of icky last night. Woke up this morning feeling like crap. I have spent the day in bed trying to rest away the illness. Drinking lots of water and tea. Took my vitamins etc. blah blah blah
Want to work out so badly, but I know it will not go well. Just wanted to come on here and whine about it for a bit.

Feel better soon:flowerforyou:0 -
I work out when I'm sick all the time, it normally makes me feel better. I'd suggest trying to work out and if you feel worse just stop.0

Idk...it is a head cold. Feel stuffed up and dizzy and junk. Probably should wait it out0 -
The only time I dont get out and workout is when I have a lung issue. Just cant exercise when I have a chest cold!!0

Rule of thumb I've heard = above the neck, work out, below the neck, rest.
But of course above all, listen to your body. If you need to rest, then rest!
And feel better fast!0 -
Really? I always thought rest was my best bet against illness so working out would only prolong it. So you all sound crazy! On the other hand...I would love to get some core work in. I might just give it a try. If I die I blame everyone on here. lol jk0
