That if you aren't changing up your workout routine every 30 days, then you are going to plateau and you won't be able to hit that goal you are looking for! It is important for us to workout and eat healthy of course, but if you aren't changing things up then what is the point of working out? Yeah the point is you will stay in shape, but how will you push yourself further pass where you are now? I just wanted to throw that out there for those of you who didn't know that and who are wondering why they aren't losing weight or inches anymore. That could be your problem if you are eating healthy and eating enough. Try to push your limits to the next level with a new routine and you will see even bigger results.
