Always over my sugar intake?! :/

I am always over on sugar, anyone else have this problem? Most of my sugar is coming from fruits or a granola bar. Should this worry me, if it's coming from fruits? I don't drink soda or other sugary drinks. I stick to unsweetened tea and water! Any suggestions??

  • I wouldn't worry too much about nutrient rich food like fruit. I just make sure I don't exceed 3-4 servings of fruit each day. I would rather get sugar from food that is full of fiber and nutrients :-)
