Just not hungry?

So this morning I woke up feeling kind of overwhelmed because I had a paper due today, and when this happens, one of two things happen: I'm either absolutely ravenous or, in most cases, I don't want to eat because it feels as though there's a giant pit in my stomach. I didn't want to skip breakfast, so I just took my banana, rather than one piece of fruit + Fiber One bar I usually eat for breakfast. I couldn't even get halfway through the banana before I started feeling full.

I skipped lunch today too. I know, not a good habit, but...I just physically wasn't hungry. I could feel it. My body just didn't want food.

And just now I finished up dinner--had a few of the roast tips and cooked carrots my mom left me, but not many as I started feeling full again.

I guess my question is...anyone else ever feel this way? And what is the right way to deal with it? I suppose the obvious thing to do would to just eat a little bit, but then if I start to feel sick...ick. I'm sure this is mostly just one of my many whacked-up reactions to anxiety, but it's pretty annoying nonetheless.
