pound by slow pound...

I had the summer off (perk of being a teacher) and focused almost all of my energy toward the gym. The results paid off huge, and I was losing about 2-3 pounds a week.

Now I'm back to work (new job, no less) and taking grad school classes... so my time at the gym has dwindled significantly. Weighed in today with the personal trainer for a grand total weight loss of 1 pound.

I should stop *****ing- I know. Its just frustrating to see so much progress for so long and then come to a halt. I'm under 30 pounds to goal weight (after having lost 75 pounds already in total), and I just want to get there.

How did everyone else get through those last pounds to goal??
