Weighing in.

How often do you weigh yourself in? I do it every one to two days, but I've been noticing people are saying that they're "addicted" to their scale and have reduced themselves to weighing in once a week or fortnight. Which will help me become more motivated? Because when I look at the scale, there are always different numbers and when the number's lower, it motivates me to eat healthy and do a bit more exercise - brightens up my day a bit. When my number increases, I get all moody and start feeling overweight and don't actually do anything to get that number back down.

    No one can tell you what will motivate you. You have to figure that out for yourself. Some people are quite happy weighing in every day, while others find it upsetting.
