9 months ago i was 253.3lbs now almost 190lbs. i was at 187lbs but gained a bit from a lil stress in my life. but i'm not giving up. so if i can do it so can you.

I started out simply by walking. i couldn't walk not even 10mins when i first started. so everyday my goal was to walk 10mins. then next week 20mins. ect. and implemented in my life water, which I didn't drink at all before. and lil by lil started eating more frequent but portion control. now i tend to workout 3 times a day. and i love the energy i get from working out. thanks for asking hope it helps someone as well out there. for those that are reading this, you are not alone we all struggle and go through stress just like you. that's why we here at mfp are a big family. encouraging and lifting the other person out, because we off hand know the struggles. sending you all hugs.0 -
keep pushing through never give up on yourself until your last breathe, there are days that are rough and we all have them. what makes us successful is not giving up but pushing through those difficult days. keep pushing through keep focused on your goals, yes you can make it.0
