ever made a meal that was so yummy and huge you couldnt believe the calories were as low as they come out to? i cant trust my oats rosotto its so yummy

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 slices of toast, 2 slices of bacon - 240
Lunch: 1 can chunk chicken breast, 2 slices of toast, buffalo sauce, 1 whole can vegetables - 300
Dinner: 1 egg sliced on 2 slices of toast, 1 can of vegetables, salad and fruit - 550
The rest I eat yummy whatever goodness to fill the calories.0
