I have been doing p90x but I do not know how to enter it into the exercise portion of my fitness pal. Can anyone help?

    The best way is to use a hear rate monitor that actively monitors your heart rate the entire workout and calculates YOUR calories burned.

    I want to get one but haven't yet.

    So I've been using:

    Strength days calisthenics moderate effort with ARX being calisthenics high effort.
    Plyo - Aerobics high impact
    Yoga - Yoga hath
    Kenpo - Aerobics
    Stretching - mild stretching
    Core synergistics - aerobics.

    My best guess is that all of those except ARX and Plyo are pretty conservative and underestimate my true calories burned but I'd rather be conservative than overly optimistic.
