Hi everyone,
I got a copy of Brendan Brazier's book, The Thrive Diet, about a year ago. I was really interested in it at the time mostly from a sports nutrition perspective.
I just picked it up again and it seems to me that it might be a pretty good resource in general for more healthy living and possibly weight loss (although you;d have to adapt it a bit for portion sizes...).
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has taken a look at this book and if you have any comments.
