Which foods are good for burning fat/improving metabolism?

I was wondering if you guys knew of any good fat burning foods or good foods to help increase your metabolism and if you guys have had any good success with them. I've been drinking green tea religiously and I've been eating a lot of special k bars and stuff lol. I've shed a few inches off of my waist (I've been keeping track with measuring tape) and dropped almost 15 pounds since about May, but I'm always open to new ideas as well. The more weight/inches lost, the better! :)

    There are no such foods.

    If you want to increase your metabolism, stay active and exercise.

    Keep in mind that protein is very satiating and more thermogenic than the other macronutrients. So eating foods high in protein can help keep you full and therefore, help with your compliance to your calorie goals.
