Hello all. I am 21 aiming to lose 30 pounds but it's going to be a hard journey for me because I love unhealthy food. I had a baby five weeks ago and lost the pregnancy weight without effort. I only gained 25 pounds though. I just want to be healthy again and get down to the size I was before I moved into a dorm in high school. That was an environment full of junk food hehe. I'm not a huge fan of exercise either but I'm trying to change it. I need tips on getting rid of the belly flab after a c section. Anyone please friend me! I'll need the encouragement and motivation. Thanks!

Hi, congrats on your baby! And well done on losing the pregnancy weight - it took me a year after each of mine!
I can't help with the c-sec as I had both of mine naturally, but I still have a mummy tummy! I'm a lot older than you are though, 35 soon! At 21 you should find it a lot easier.
Just exercise a lot, and try to eat healthily. Even if you just take your baby for long walks, that'll help. Don't eat junk food, try to prepare food yourself. And log everything on here so you can see how much fat/carbs/sugar etc you're having.0 -
